hi,
i did not plagiarize her. please look at the fact that i referenced my review of her entire book. here is the blog article that i referenced (it is a multi-part review of her book, which i agree was great): http://lfp-blog.com/broken-open/broken-open-part-4-of-8-the-phoenix-process/

Dr. Sam Lam, If you are going to plagiarize someone elses writings and ideas, it would be nice of you to at least mention them in your article. Elizabeth Lesser wrote the book Broken Open and talks about the Pheonix Process at length! Give props where props are due! Being honest and real also a lesson to be learned in her book! The message is a great message! Just saying!!

Bravo!!! Food Inc and Michael Pollan top my list, too, and to them I add Tosca Reno's "Eat Clean" series, also Oxygen magazine (hardcore fitness training targeted to MILFs). It was a revelation to me when I noticed that The Zone, South Beach, the Perricone Prescription, and the Eat Clean Diet were all virtually identical. My favorite home workout videos are from Tosca Reno (who didn't start weight training 'til she was over 40 and is now a fitness cover model in her 50s), and Joyce Vedral, who has an amazing body well into her 60s. Interval training, muscle confusion, pyramid training, maximum impact in minimal time, and I can do it all at home after my daughter goes to sleep.

One pearl that helps me stay on track is paying in advance for my personal training sessions and my massage therapy. It not only saves money to buy a series, but then I don't put off using my sessions. Carving out that time is a lot easier when I'm not also questioning whether I "should" spend the money--it's already gone.

Wow, great stuff you always seem to inspire me! I have recently started some chiropractic work via my rhuematologist ! I am trying to get off Remicade for my arthritis. I am really starting to believe these chemicals I have been putting into me the last 3 years are reaching more havoc on my immune system. I have heard great things about Rolfing I know in my heart most of my joint issues are really structural integrity that I have had throughout my entire life! Lori M has recently gotton me to make a daily green shake with my vitamix and I am loving them also making some anti inflammatory ones too !great recipes on blend it and mend it !!!
