IÂ wish my building could also offer fitness services in addition to anti-aging, wellness, aesthetic, dental, etc. Â However, the margins are too tight for a small boutique center, and I cannot build a 55,000 square foot fitness center in my space. Â However, I do believe that a good fitness program is essential in one’s overall wellness strategy. Â That is why I decided to make this short film on MAP testing, which has been the single best thing that I have done for my overall fitness in the past year. Â Btw, I do not have any financial relationship with Lifetime Fitness or any other health club. Â However, I only know of this service being offered there and you do not need to be a member to do the test. Â If you do not know your five heart rate zones and you are training without a heart rate monitor, you are exercising blind. Â Also, if you are basing your five zones on some predictive chart, you are also wasting your time.
