LIFETIME FITNESS DALLAS, THE IMPORTANCE OF MAP TESTING

I wish my building could also offer fitness services in addition to anti-aging, wellness, aesthetic, dental, etc.  However, the margins are too tight for a small boutique center, and I cannot build a 55,000 square foot fitness center in my space.  However, I do believe that a good fitness program is essential in one’s overall wellness strategy.  That is why I decided to make this short film on MAP testing, which has been the single best thing that I have done for my overall fitness in the past year.  Btw, I do not have any financial relationship with Lifetime Fitness or any other health club.  However, I only know of this service being offered there and you do not need to be a member to do the test.  If you do not know your five heart rate zones and you are training without a heart rate monitor, you are exercising blind.  Also, if you are basing your five zones on some predictive chart, you are also wasting your time.  Watch this new vlog on how to get a precise measurement of your 5 heart rate zones and why that is so very important, including understanding your RMR (resting metabolic rate).
